Hiking/camping around Crested Butte

This week I spent three nights with Jennifer and Miles and Barb, a friend of Jennifers, camping in crested Butte off of Kebler pass. We did two hikes one of 10 miles and about 1500 feet of elevation gain and the second one with 9 miles and about 1800 feet of elevation game. The first night we were there we had a visitor in the way of a moose cow walked through our campsite, which was very exciting for all of us.

I got a 12 mile walk in the saturday before our camping trip and another 10 miles today, so about 40 miles+ in last 8 days! I think I’m ready for the Camino 😀
